This 11-week series is an invitation to perceive your body, your surroundings, and the ways you connect with others. Working in a consistent, closed group allows us to build trust, community, and a shared movement language over time.

Serious training with room for play. This is an 11-week series for experienced dancers and movers, blending Gaga-inspired improvisation, ballet, and floorwork with phrase-building work that sharpens your ability to shift quickly, stay present, and move with both precision and imagination.
